Luz Baez
Lead Educator/Owner
Luz Baez, Owner & Lead Educator, brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in childcare. She is EEC Licensed and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, ensuring that every child in her care receives high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning in a warm, home-like setting.
Supporting Luz is her assistant, Luisa Villar, who has been working in the family daycare field for over two years. Luisa also has a strong early education background from her years as a teacher in the Dominican Republic, adding rich cultural and educational experience to our program.
